Welcome to Camar’s privacy policy. Camar is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for its users.  Our Privacy Policy applies for any situation in which we handle the personal data of visitors of our website and users of our service, i.e any situation in which we determine the purpose and importance of personal data is necessary for the efficient service we provide. Enclosed are an analysis of our practices in regards to our collection, use and disclosure of information about you or other individuals, through our store, mobile apps, community events and related services. 


The ‘Camar’ sites are owned and operated by Cemma pty. Ltd. and its affiliated entities who are collectively referred herein with the terms, ‘we’, ‘us’, and ‘our’. For purposes of this Agreement, “Site” refers to the Company’s website, which can be accessed at camar.com.au

‘Service’ refers to the Company’s services accessed via the Site, or other platforms that use the words: ‘camar’, or ‘cemma’, that involves the purchasing, subscriptions or community events participated by recipients. ‘You’ refers to you, as a user of our Site or our Service. 

By accessing our Site or our Service, We ask that you make informed decisions when using our Service for the first time and that you agree to our use of cookies that comply with the terms of this policy.   1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.” Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, abandoned checkout, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks. The general categories of the Personal Information we process includes your account information, purchase information, rewards/ gift programs, communications with us, product reviews, and interactions with us on third party sites which you submit to us through the registration process at the Site. usage data may also include your IP address, geographic location, browser type, operating system, visit length. To activate the Service you do not need to submit any Personal Information other than your email address. To use the Service thereafter, you are required to provide your name and surname, an address and password and may be asked to submit further Personal Information to expedite the checkout process for purchases. If you reside in Australia, you may be asked to provide us with your mobile number to receive SMS messages from us. We may receive information about you from other sources, including third-party services and organisations to supplement information provided by you for the purposes of tailoring content and products that we think may be relevant to you. Interaction with us, include third party services (i.e, Social Media). We do not control third-party websites’ information practices, but the information we receive may be used for things including but not limited to on-platform optimisation and reporting and marketing purposes. In addition to the information provided automatically by your browser when you visit the Site, the reviews or surveys upon purchase of a product will be collected by camar to use on their sites, or marketing campaigns. By registering, you are authorizing us to collect, store and use your email address in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We could also collect your first name and last initial to display on our site. We do not make public any photos of our clients if they choose to submit a document to us, if they have written confirmation that they do not want us to allow such information to be public. Please be mindful not to post information without this declaration if you aren’t comfortable with it being public. Otherwise, it may take up to 22 business days to remove such data from search engines. 




The Site and the Service are not directed to anyone under the age of 16. The Site does not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 16, or allow anyone under the age of 16 to sign up for the Service. In the event that we learn that we have gathered personal information from anyone under the age of 16 without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete that information as soon as possible. We do share Personal Information with vendors who are performing services for the Company, such as the servers for our email communications who are provided access to the user's email address for purposes of sending emails from us. Those vendors use your Personal Information only at our direction and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

In general, the Personal Information you provide to us is used to help us communicate with you. For example, we use Personal Information to contact users in response to questions, solicit feedback from users, provide technical support, and inform users about promotional offers.

Disputes may be submitted for online resolution to the Australian competition and consumer commission, ACCC, or to a related ombudsman.
