DIRECTIONS:

As an antioxidant supplement, or for maintenance drink 1-3 cups daily. Recommended at least 30 minutes before or after eating.

Place 1 teaspoon of herbal blend into an infuser or tea pot, add 1 cup of filtered hot water. Steep for 5-15 minutes, strain. Alternatively, bring to boil as a decoction. Drink 8 cups of pure, clean water to facilitate in overall cleanse.
